Samuel Ostiguy was nominated Leadership and Team mobilisation Associate and Consultant in 2015.
He joined Esprit de Corps in 2011 as Director of project management.
In 2009, he left for Afghanistan as a member of the Canadian Forces as an Psycology Operation analyst.
In 2011, eager to undertake an adventure and dare greatly, he started the XP Antarctik project to explore unknown territories in Antarctica. After a thorough preparation with the members of the XPA expedition, this project succeeded thanks to the team’s mental focus, resilience, communication skills and commitment. The members of the expedition documented and filmed the expedition for the sake of collective learning.
Building from this expertise, Samuel guides, trains and advises teams and managers to undertake collective and individual challenges through Esprit de Corps’ leadership programs. He also coaches team mobilisation activities and leads conferences such as his Tedx HEC Montreal intervention. He uses his personal experience as a coach and adventurer to mobilize teams.
Challenges and dreams being closely intertwined, his primary objective is to motivate teams and inspire perseverance.
